Mia Chiarella

Mia Chiarella is currently a teacher in the Washington, D.C.-Baltimore Metropolitan area. In October 2012, Mia was a presenter with two other educators at the annual Maryland State Educator's Association conference held in Ocean City, Maryland. Mia Chiarella is a former coach of the junior varsity women's lacrosse teams at Wilde Lake and Howard High Schools. Mia currently serves as a volunteer coach for the Howard County Hero's Lacrosse Summer League program. Aside from coaching, she enjoys being physically active and has participated in several half-marathons, marathons, and triathlons. In addition to education and sports, Mia Chiarella is an independent film and theatrical actress. Mia has been in the films, "The Midnight Disease" and "Sealed Fates: Man's Best Friend". Additionally, she has been in several produtions, including "Proof", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", and "Blood Brothers". Mia Chiarella is a director at Schoolhouse Theater Arts, Inc., an award-winning children's theater company that is well-known in the mid-Atlantic region. Mia boasts a combined acting and teaching experience of over 25 years. In her spare time, Mia Chiarella enjoys playing guitar, singing, and performing in different shows, as well as snowboarding and surfing. She also enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally.
